John Reilly travels to Italy after unexpectedly inheriting an ancient castle from a relative he never knew. For a family already struggling to hold itself together, the inheritance should have offered them a chance to escape the past. Instead, it brought them face to face with another nightmare.

About the author

Nat Brehmer is the writer and co-director of the upcoming horror film Julie, starring Kane Hodder and J. LaRose. He is also the author of Puppet Master Complete: A Franchise History, a comprehensive exploration of the cult classic horror franchise and wrote for the series’ official video game, Puppet Master: The Game, as well. In addition to these, he is the author of the books Slices of Julie, Bully, Nightmaria, and more. As a film historian and journalist, he has contributed numerous Blu-ray commentaries and essays and has written for Bloody Disgusting, Dread Central, Wicked Horror, Fangoria, ReMIND Magazine and several others. He currently lives in Florida.
